Scrap Whispers Challenge #36: Make a Splash
This week at Scrap Whispers it's MY turn to challenge you! This weeks challenge is to create a layout centered around water. This could be swimming in the pool, enjoying the view of the lake/ocean, or just splashing in the tub! I can't wait to see what you create!
